Beyond field surveys used to identify land use, cover type and habitat on the project area, Natural Resource Services will conduct field sampling targeted to the detection or collection of specific taxa within natural communities in the study area. Sampling methodologies for both terrestrial and aquatic habitats are available. Appropriate observational, catch-and-release or collection-voucher formats can be applied. Any authorization or permitting necessary will be obtained prior to field sampling. Specimen preparation, taxonomic identification, verification and custody are available. |
